Connect With Us

If you’re a new visitor or family member, we would love to connect with you! Please take a moment to fill out a form so that a member of our team can reach out to you (click below).

INFANT & TODDLER MINISTRY

  • This is a newly launched ministry at Beloved Church that allows parent(s)/guardian(s) to freely attend worship without worrying about their little ones! Your child(ren) will be in the care of our entrusted volunteers in a safe space near the main worship space.

Our Infant & Toddler Ministry consists of worship, sharing of bible stories and craft time. They also enjoy snacks and free play with our volunteers after our planned activities!

    Drop-Off Time: 10:15am

    Pick-up Time: 12:15pm

Check-in and drop off/pick up will take place on the second-floor balcony, accessible by stairs or elevator. We ask that you prepare a diaper bag or personal bag that has a clear indication of your child’s name. Please include a change of clothes, diapers, snack (optional), water bottle (labeled with name).

You are not required to check your child(ren) into our Infant/Toddler Ministry ministry if you feel more comfortable staying in service with your child(ren). However, we encourage you to check them in as you walk-in if you feel that they may still participate throughout the service. This will be a much smoother process for our volunteers and parents!

We sanitize all our mats, toys, and tables after every service. We will also do our best to use solutions that are safe for children. Please keep your child at home if you feel that they are sick, showing symptoms of illness, or have a fever. We would like to keep all our families safe and healthy to the best of our ability.

For new visitors or members, we ask that you fill out this intake form: CLICK LINK

PRE-K MINISTRY

  • Our Pre-K and Kindergarten Ministry consists of worship, sharing of bible stories and craft time. Our heart is to see our younger children learn about God and grow in their relationship with Him!

From our welcome table at Krikorian, you will be directed to a room that is designated for our 3 and 4 year old’s to have their worship time and activities.

Parent(s)/guardian(s) are asked to fill out a short questionnaire to help assess the needs of your child. This ministry is available for the entirety of service from 10:30AM-12:15PM. Children will not be released until parent(s)/guardian(s) checks them out.

CHILDREN & YOUTH MINISTRY

  • Our Children & Youth Ministry consists of worship, bible study and craft time. Our heart is to see our children and youth learn about God and grow deeper in their relationship with Him.

Children who are part of the Children’s or Youth Ministry are asked to attend the worship portion of our main service. There will be a formal dismissal during announcements for these two ministries in which our volunteers will then lead them into their own small group and lesson times in a classroom setting on the balcony. Volunteers will dismiss their classes at 12:15PM.

FAQs

  • At this time we only allow Beloved Volunteers and children in the Infant/Toddler area. This is to encourage families to attend worship child-free. Our volunteers are prepared and trained to comfort any child who may need a little more consolation as they say bye to their parent/guardian. We are currently revamping our livestream area for parents who would like to stay with their young ones. Please be on the lookout for the relaunch of our livestream option.

  • Yes. Though you may be coming to Beloved as a one-time visitor, we ask that you still sign off for your child to be in the care of our volunteers. The intake form will help us to assess the special needs (if any) of your child.

  • Yes! The safety of the children at Beloved is one of our biggest priorities. Each volunteer, no matter which team they serve on, have gone through a formal criminal background check and have been cleared by the state of California.
